Just lifted. I guess i'll use this blog as a lifting journal. I hit shoulders today.
4x6 Overhead Press 95lbs
4x6 DB Press 45lbs
3x8 Lateral Raises 15lbs
Then i threw in some curls and benching for shits and giggles. I'm thinking i should add more volume? 11 sets didn't seem enough. My current stats are:
Bench: 265 (bouncy)
OHP: 135 :(
Squat: ? gonna guess 295
Deadlift: 285 :(
Bench has gone up quite a bit along with OHP which i will be focusing on in the coming months, but my dead strength needs to improve a lot as well. I'm aiming for a 285lb bench, 155lb OHP and 315 dead by the end of October wish me luck
